i am unable to input this widget into my facebook page. i tried twice and both times received this error message

Event Not Found
You have tried to add this Facebook application with an event that is not in the Boundless FundrasingTM database. It could be that the event you are participating in is not supported by our application. You should contact your event’s organizer to make sure that your event is indeed supported by Boundless FundraisingTM.
The Boundless FundraisingTM team has been notified of the situation.
