The 6th annual Sonoma Walk Now For Autism Speaks occurred Saturday, April 9th at Windsor Town Green. It was an absolutely beautiful day with nearly 2000 attendees. On April 9th, the fundraising was at $110,000 an increase in comparison to last year at this time. Sonoma is on it’s way of hitting its goal of $138,000!
Our Walk chair, Christine Lindstrand, along with her committee, really set this Walk apart from last year with the Windsor location, a welcoming by the Mayor of Windsor, Steve Allen, and increasing the Resource Fair vendors by 50%. The day and the energy was absolutely amazing! The Area Director, Cory Manalani and Manager, Monica Douglas-Segot, are so appreciative of the support and dedication of this committee.
