On Saturday, June 12 over 1,000 walkers joined us at Ala Moana Beach Park in Honolulu, Hawaii for the Hawaii Walk Now for Autism Speaks. Our teams displayed incredible team spirit through their cheers, singing, and incredible signs dedicated to supporting their loved ones with autism. We would like to thank all of the service providers that attended and our amazing sponsors that helped make this walk possible. The Community Resource Fair featured over 25 service providers focused on helping families affected by autism and our sponsors showed their support on Walk day through their teams, tents, and cheers for all of our walkers. To date, the Hawaii Walk Now for Autism Speaks has raised over $67,000. We are so grateful for all of the hard work of volunteers, families, and friends for supporting this walk and helping to fund critical research for autism. Thank you to all of you and we look forward to seeing you next year at the 2011 Hawaii Walk Now for Autism Speaks!!!
