The Arizona Child Study Center of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center was recently recognized for its participation in the 2009 Arizona Walk Now for Autism Speaks. In addition to participating in the event’s resource fair, the Arizona Child Study Center also formed a robust Walk team comprised of staff, parents and children with autism. In total ,the team raised $6,493. The “traveling” Top Service Provider trophy will be on display until the 2010 Walk on Sunday, Oct. 31. The team hopes to keep the trophy in the office by having another banner year of fundraising in 2010. Proceeds from the Walk fund importation national research and help local Arizona families.
I’m a mother with a child of special needs. I’d love to join your team for the Oct walk and help raise money for this much needed research!!!!
