On September 26, 3,000 walkers raised nearly $143,000 at Stanley Park in Westfield, Mass. at the seventh annual Western New England Walk Now for Autism Speaks. The event was emceed by CBS3 Springfield’s Doug Lezette. Walkers enjoyed delicious eats from Subway, J. Polep and Bachman Pretzels. Members of the Grand Club, who raised a minimum of $1,000 each, enjoyed food from Outback. Special thanks to sponsors Baystate Medical Center and 99 Restaurant for their in-kind contributions. Congratulations to Walk Chair Radcliffe Kenison, who captained the top fundraising team “Radcliffe is the reason and Arthur too!” which raised nearly $15,000.
